Over 20,000 Women To Benefit From APC Medical Outreach In Zamfara

Over 20,000 Women would benefit from All Progesissive Congress, (APC) Tinubu/Shetima  medical outreach programme across 14  local government areas of Zamfara state. 

The aim of the programme is to provide health care facilities to women and children who are suffering from minor illness in the state, and also to give advice to  nursing mothers on how best they can take care of their children.

The programme also would teach pregnant women how to take care of themselves, by doing what a pregnant woman suppose to do, like going to hospital for medical check among others.

Speaking at the flaging off  of the  programme, the Zamfara state Women leader, who spoke through one Hajiya Rabi Yar Bauchi said the programme came at a time when women are in the need of medical assistance particularly those at villages.

She however lauded the APC BAT initiatives for bringing the wonderful programme to Zamfara state women and children.

She applauded the foresight of the initiator and founder of the program,said it would go along way in assisting the less privileged women in the state. 

According to APC women leader, the presidential candidate of APC ,Bola Ahmed Tinubu deserve all the support from women in the state.

She maintained that women in Zamfara would surely  show their appreciation to the APC presidential candidate in the forthcoming general elections in the state. 

Also speaking,Gusau local government council sole administrator Alhaji Sanusi Sarki who was represented by Special Adviser to Zamfara state Governor on Scholarship matter Hon.Lukman Majidadi said the BAT women Medical outreach has indicated that APC is a party that cares for all.

Hon.Majidadi called on women in the state to support and cast their vote to all APC candidates from top to bottom in the forthcoming elections in the state. 

"All APC candidates are reliable and credible vote for Governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle,vote for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for more developments".

In  his remarks, Special Assistant to kebbi state Governor Hon.Abdulraham Manga appreciated the support of APC women in the state for the massive turnout in the programme.

He said, they held similar programme in both Sokoto and Kebbi states, but he has not seen the turnout of women that pass that of Zamfara state.

Manga added that, the BAT,APC women Medical outreach was tagged "renewed hope,quality affordable Healthcare is possible for all.

The programme which was held at Maryam Hall Gusau attracted over 20,000 APC  women in attendance.
