Zamfara PDP To Kick Start Campaign Next Week Sunday

Barely 24 hours, after a Court of Appeal sitting in Sokoto Cleared Dauda Lawal Dare to Contest for governoship candidate under the flatform of The People Democratic Party (PDP) in Zamfara State.


 The party said that all merchineries have been put in motion to  kick start its campaign for the 2023 general elections, adding that  Sunday 15th was slated for flagging off its campaign rally.


 Mukhtar Lugga, the acting chairman of the party in the state made this known to journalists today in Gusau.


Lugga said they  will give the campaign rally 24 hours to get in touch with their supporters in every part of the state, stressing that the ruling APC has been indirectly campaigning for PDP as they had nothing to showcase as achievement at the end of four years.


According to the chairman, the only thing left for PDP is to tell Zamfara residents why they need a better change and that PDP will alleviate insecurity, socio-economic crisis, the collapse of economic activities bedevilling the state.


Hon, Lugga added that,  the victory of Dauda Lawal Dare at the appeal court was a victory for the citizens of the state who prayed day and night for divine intervention in Zamfara.


“Zamfara residents are tired of reaping thorns in their apple farms and the insecurity situation has resulted in the total collapse of all the socioeconomic and political sectors of the state”


“I am very optimistic that PDP would unseat the ruling APC in the 2023 general election because a word is enough for the wise”


Lugga then commended the conduct of party supporters, especially the youths for exhibiting a higher sense of maturity in celebrating the victory and urged them to sustain the tempo.

Zamfara APC Warns PDP Over Destructions Of Vehicle, Attacks On Members, Others

The Zamfara state chapter of  All Progressive Congress (APC) has warned  the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state over destructions of Vehicle and unleashing thugs on its members. Kaduna: Stakeholders Debunk 80% Agreement Of Political Appointment To CAN By PDP Guber Candidate

By Gambo Abubakar Kaduna People's Democratic Party's stakeholders under the auspices of the PDP Vision Movement, has debunked the rumour making the rounds that the gubernatorial candidate of People's Democratic Party (PDP), Isa Ashiru had signed an agreement with the leadership of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) to allocate 80 per cent of political appointments to the Association, if emerged. The group called on the public to disregard the allegation, adding that it is an attempt to further divide the state along religious line by some politicians who do not mean well for the state.
